gravity is an invisible force that pulls objects toward each other. Earth's gravity is what keeps you on the ground and what makes things fall So closer.

If gravity wasn't a thing you will be floating into outer space.

Boinks look like chinese finger traps. They are soft. If you push it down it goes smaller and wider. Then if you let go it goes up then comes back down because of the force of gravity.

Dropper  poppers are  flexible rubbery toy they are fun
you put a ping pong in it and then you bend it and then you let go of it goes high and then the force of gravity pulls it back down

Meeting a Streamer in Apex Legends.

This week we are writting recounts.
I found it hard to finish on time.
I found it easy to think of what I was going to write.

Playing video games duos , I was trying to get a win but then I got into a game with the streamer. He said he'll get me a  win and he let me get some knock downs. He is one of the best players in Apex Legends. Apex Predator is the best thing in the game because you get a  weapon charm  and skydive trails on ranked matches.  You need 600 points to get on to the next rank, you need 1200 to get on to the next rank, 1900 to get to the next points and then to get to Predator you need 10 000 points. He told me he stayed up all night and played to get to master (it's the one before predator). And he's got 1266 knock downs with Loba is the new person in Apex Legends. His highest knockdown is 30 and 20 is already hard enough for everyone. When you get 20 knockdowns you get a badge. It is the hardest badge to get in Apex Legends.  

MYSTERY WRITING

Today for tuhituhi we had to write a mystery story choosing one of three mysterys to write about.
I found it hard to think of what to write.
I found it easy to Self Assess my writing.

MY LOCKDOWN DIARY PAGES 27-28

Today for writing  I am doing my lockdown diary pages 27-28.
I found it hard to make a poem because I tryed to make it rhyme and that was tricky.
I found it easy to insert the images of the Insideout characters because I have been inserting images a lot and got good at it.
My digal learning objet shows that I can insert images and screen shot my work when ever I need to.

MY LOCKDOWN DIARY PAGES 25-26

Today for writing I did pages 25-26 of my lockdown diary.
I found it hard to think of what I could put on my blank page so I asked mum and she said how about a recipie.
I found it easy to think of the recipie I wanted because feijoas and Ice cream are my favourites.
next time I will try another recipie. Give this a go. We are going to make it today after school work.
My digtal learning object  shows I can use Images in my blogs and add coulers.
I like how I am starting to make my blogs more interesting by adding more in my writing and trying new ways of making them look cool.

MY LOCKDOWN DIARY

Today for writing I have been doing my lockdown diary pages 23-24. I enjoyed finding images for my pantry. I like how I have set my pantry page out. I found it hard to fit all my writing on the one page for details of the day. My learning object shows that I can find images and add them to my blog and use them for what I what to create.

Today for writing we are doing my lockdown diary pages 21-22.
I found it easy to take sceen shots of images and put them on my blog.
I found it tricky not adding words  to my picture blog because my brain just wanted to add words.
My digital learning object shows that I can take sceen shots and add them to my blog I can also use simple shapes to create my blog pictures. Can you guess what I am doing today in pictures?

This is Just to Say

We are learning to make our writing sound punchy. I found it hard to use the templat from William Carlos Williams' poem. I found it hard to remeder what I did when I was little.

We used Canva to publish our poems. found it easy to find the text box.

Climate Change

We are learning how to structure our writing.
What I found hard  - Punctuation
What I found easy - typing 

What is climate change? Climate change and global warming are different. Global warming is the process of our planet heating up. Climate change is the effect that the warmer temperature has like having more storms, wind and sunshine.

The Earth has warmed by an average of 1C in the last century, and although that might not sound like much, it means big things for people and wildlife around the globe.

Unfortunately, rising temperatures doesn’t just mean that we’ll get nicer weather - if only! The changing climate will actually make our weather more extreme and unpredictable. 

As temperatures rise, some areas will get wetter and lots of animals could find they’re not able to adapt to their changing climate.

Crazy robot
"Every weekend there was one job bob hated doing: mowing the lawns. He’d much rather be building his latest robot invention in the shed. That was it! What if Bob could build a robot to mow the lawn?”     
He made it with a toilet, some knives, a pair of scissors ,a laser pointer ,two metal arms ,wheels and a motor
He stayed up all night building his robot but in the morning it was finally ready. In the morning he pulled out his mystery machine. He put it on lawn mower mode and started relaxing. He ended up falling asleep.  He was woken up by the noise of a crowd yelling ...he ran really fast to check what was happening…..when he got there he saw that the robot cut someones head of luck it was a manikin !!!! There was fluff  everywhere. It was all over someone’s arm and all over the fence. It was creepy. Bob tried to catch the robot it was too fast for everyone.
 There was only one solution... to smash the remote. The only problem was that Bob would always have to  the lawn. But I guess that will be better for everyone dun duh duhhhhhhh!!!

Tracking and traps

       

Over the last few weeks we have been learning about traps and  tracking tunnils are tunnils that you trap thir foot prints so you know what pest are thir when you are seting the traps dot for get the top tips sell the traps So no fingers get into it Don't forget all your fingers will get chopped off If you don’t  listen to me and we set 4 tracking tunnils and And only one tracking tunnel had footprits in it
