Hail Mary in sign language
This month is the month of Mary. We are learning the Hail Maryin sign language for prayer.

Meeting a Streamer in Apex Legends.
This week we are writting recounts.
I found it hard to finish on time.
I found it easy to think of what I was going to write.
My digital learning object shows that I can upload pictures and put it on my blog.

Playing video games duos , I was trying to get a win but then I got into a game with the streamer. He said he'll get me a win and he let me get some knock downs. He is one of the best players in Apex Legends. Apex Predator is the best thing in the game because you get a weapon charm and skydive trails on ranked matches. You need 600 points to get on to the next rank, you need 1200 to get on to the next rank, 1900 to get to the next points and then to get to Predator you need 10 000 points. He told me he stayed up all night and played to get to master (it's the one before predator). And he's got 1266 knock downs with Loba is the new person in Apex Legends. His highest knockdown is 30 and 20 is already hard enough for everyone. When you get 20 knockdowns you get a badge. It is the hardest badge to get in Apex Legends.

HENRI MATISSE
We are learning about Henri Matisse His paintings are worth 33.6 Millon dollars.
I found it hard to do pastel on the pencil lines.
I found it easy to make the vase.
We had to use primary colours + white or black to make colours we wanted. We had to blend in white to show light direction then we used black pastel to add details.

Birthday
This week for writing, we wrote a recount. My recount is about my birthday. In my writing I used specific nouns, juicy verbs and different sentence starters.
I found it easy to think of a topic to write about.
I found it hard to type my story.
I am a stepping up blogger.

The party was so loud you couldn't hear people arriving every minute. Playing video games, we waited for more people to arrive. It was my birthday and my brothers and sisters too. Our Nanny and Papa got us all a taonga. My sister got a whales tale. I got one that has a curl in it and my brother has one like a pou. We had 3 vanilla cakes. One for me, one for my sister and 1 for my brother.

Design Thinking Rechargable Couch
Today we were reading about techno;ogy design and how it has helped solve a problem and a solution without limits. I found it hard to think of a problem and a soloutiuon.
I decided to design a rechargable couch because my controller is always going flat and I would love to not have to wait for it to charge or use cords.

THE FAITHFUL HALL OF FAME
I was learning about Jesus because this was our topic for R.E The Faithful Hall of Fame

THE MARBLE RUN CHALLENGE
For Pakirehua we had to create our own marble run. Pakirehua means inquiry.
We had to try to make our marble run for 30 seconds but this was tricky because it took so long to make.
I found it difficult to make It because we only had a small glue stick for the hot glue gun.
I enjoyed it because t actually worked but we had to make a few adjustments before recoding it.
next time I will try to get It to run for 30 seconds.

Today for taskmarster I did the cookie challenge.
I found it so tricky to get the cookie into my mouth but I did it!

COVID-19 THE VIRUS
We are learning how to code.
I have done a code in Gamefroot about the covid-19
It was tricky to edit the news bar and put in my own breaking news.
It was easy to add the percentage of people staying at home.
I chose 55% of peolpe staying home.
I had to keep going back to the video to look at the steps I needed to follow.
This was a bit challenging for me because it had a lot of instructions and I kept forgetting.

REPURPOSE AND REUSE
We are learning to repurpose and reuse.
Today I made a bag from an old t-shirt.
I found it easy to cut off the sleeves and the neck part.
I found it hard to find a something to tie the bottom of the bag up with.
I used a hair tie to tie the bottom up.
My digital learning object shows I am able to repurpose and reuse old t-shirts.
This task was really fun. The best part was putting my cat in my bag.

Today for writing I have been doing my lockdown diary pages 23-24. I enjoyed finding images for my pantry. I like how I have set my pantry page out. HOW TO GROW IN HOLINESS
Today for religious education we had to write down some ways we can grow in holiness with God.
I enjoyed the task because I phoned my uncle and spoke to him about what this means. We had a good conversation and it helped me alot.
I found it hard to type the big words like testimony. I didnt know what testimony means but i do now. Testimony means I know the word of God is true by experiencing it and sharing it with others.
